Remember the September 19th 2003 gsm boycott in Nigeria organized by Ojemaye Otitoka (although a faceless group called GSM Subscribers’ and Phone Users’ Association later took credit)? It was occassioned by the extremely high tariff of mobile calls – that was then only available at the per-minute variant.
Now you have the option of per-second billing and yet the phone bills are not dropping. Gotta find a way to spend less.
A friend of mine has prepared this detailed personal call redux/personal usage assessment chart, and has graciously shared this with me. You too may find it useful.
Please let us know what you think and help is needed from everyone to update this with other call-redux discoveries.
